ANNUAL REPORTS  DEUTSCHE TELEKOM IT SOLUTIONS SLOVAKIA

SPEECH BY THE DIRECTOR GENERAL

Dear colleagues, partners and friends,

It is with great humility that I assumed the role of CEO of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia on 1 January 2025. My ambition is to continue to develop the values on which our organization is built, while seeking new opportunities for growth and innovation.

The past year has been a period of dynamic change, innovation and growth. Our priority continues to be delivering quality services and technology solutions, while leveraging advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud solutions and cybersecurity. In 2024, we strengthened our position within the global Deutsche Telekom Group, with the Slovakian office taking on higher value-added tasks in the areas of software development, AI solutions and digitalization. We also continued to develop our Sovereign Cloud product, which provides data sovereignty and takes our services to the next level.

I am proud of all we have achieved in 2024, and I am confident that further successes lie ahead in 2025. Thank you to all of you who have been part of our journey - for your work, collaboration and trust.

Ľubor Žatko, Managing Director of DT IT Solutions Slovakia

THE LARGEST IT COMPANY

Over the last decade, we have managed to grow from zero to the largest IT employer in Slovakia with over 4,000 employees. Thanks to our highly skilled and motivated employees, we are the fastest growing company with the highest added value within the IT industry in Slovakia.

EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR 2024

The Najzamestnávateľ poll, announced by Profesia for the thirteenth time in 2024, is a prestigious award reflecting the opinions of the public and employees on the most attractive employers in Slovakia. In 2024, we won the first place in the IT and telecommunications sector, which is a confirmation of our stable and established position on the market. Our ambition is to continue to be one of the most attractive employers in Slovakia and to be a leader in digitalisation. We want to continue to build an environment where our employees can grow, innovate and develop their potential

REVENUE

The year 2024 was a successful one for the Deutsche Telekom Group. Although it moved down to 11th place in the ranking of the world's most valuable brands, it recorded a 10% increase in value and defended its position as a leader in Europe and globally in telecommunications. Our stability at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions was also reflected in our financial performance with a 2% increase in revenue, underlining our position among the leading ICT solution providers.

AI AND DIGITAL INNOVATION

We continued to deliver digital projects for leading European clients, including the development of the Sovereign Cloud product from Košice. Solutions built on Microsoft Azure and AWS supported our clients' digital transformation.

2024 was also the year of development of our AI solutions. We developed the NoteTaker application, which stood out at the prestigious Digital X exhibition in Cologne. Our work also included a project to prevent violence in public spaces, which we successfully tested in collaboration with the Technical University of Košice.

EMPLOYESS EDUCATION

Employees represent our company's greatest asset and we consider their training and development to be an important investment for the future. That is why we create conditions for growth and continuous development of professional skills and our development strategy is focused on the so-called skills of the future.

We spent exactly 117,124 hours on company-organised training in 2024. Each employee has thus invested approximately 4 days in their own development and training.

In addition to these training sessions, employees have access to e-learning platforms that provide a variety of courses, certificates, videos, books, audiobooks and other learning formats. As part of these platforms, we are also able to arrange participation in many courses provided by renowned international universities.

SOCIAL IMPACT AND ENGAGEMENT

Year 2024 was also dedicated to social responsibility. Our support of computer science students through the T-UNI program helped 13 talented graduates. We were also involved in the Digital Competency Coordinators Programme, where we trained more than 300 teachers and helped over 600 students expand their digital skills.

In 2024, our company handed over 1,100 pieces of IT equipment to schools, public institutions and NGOs that did not end up in landfill, saving 3.2 tonnes of electrical waste. By reusing IT equipment, we reduced our carbon footprint by 200 tonnes.

Our vision is clear: to continue to grow, innovate and shape the digital future.
